Celebrate Spring and Summer!
As I worked with the team to curate and create the latest collection, an emphasis on color, comfort, and movement jumped right out at us. In short, we’re ready to celebrate the warmer seasons that “they” swear is right around the corner. Spring is bustin’ out all over and we feel it!
So what do we mean? Let’s break it down.
Comfort is easy in every sense of the word and is readily achieved through a custom cut and fit. Throw in some new technology — in the form of stretch fabrics — that emphasizes ease of movement and care, and the livin’ is easy this spring and summer.
Color is hard to ignore when everything around us is in bloom and seasonal dressing should reflect the gloriousness that surrounds us. Stronger sunlight also makes wearing stronger colors easier. Think of your beach vacations, summer trips to Italy, Spain and France, spring break in the Caribbean. Color is life!
How will all this translate to your spring and summer wardrobe?
We’re really into shirting in stretch fabrics, linen popovers, standard collar polos, and even seersucker. They wear easy, and keep you solidly in the “smart casual wear” end of the spectrum.
Smart casual wear is what we’re after. Pieces that fall in between jeans and dress trousers for example. Pants made up in performance fabrics for comfort and stretch, cotton blends and linen silk blends that wear cool in the heat and are easier to keep looking good. Perfect for whatever you’re doing inside or outside. (And yes, for nights on the town or weekends away, we do recommend our lightweight custom made jeans in black, gray, natural or even ... blue … in “your fit.”)
Sport Coats and Travel Blazers are the easiest way to step up your game by adding a dash of color while keeping things cool with wool-linen-silk blends, all natural and sustainable fabric choices.
