As Soft as a Slipper

We live in loafers, but when the weather turns, we like footwear with a little more presence. We just don’t want them to feel like they’ve got more presence. Which is when we lace up our Deerskin Chukkas.

Deerskin is truly American exotic hide. Most Native American Tribes made moccasins from deer hide. The taller boots were made specifically of buck skin. So you can rest assured of their durability. But slip on a pair and you’ll swear you’re wearing slippers, they’re that soft and buttery. Each handcrafted pair is unique in its own right and is easy to maintain with a minimum of effort. Made a little higher than a mocassin for warmth and with a Vibram sole to tackle the snow covering the sidewalk or an unseen puddle, the chukka is a great choice for fall and winter, It also mates perfectly with jeans, cords, heavier khaki twill or flannel trousers. Try them once. We’ll bet you reach for them again and again.
